Job Summary:
The Senior Store Manager is responsible for driving multi-store business results through the effective coaching of the store teams. The Senior Store Manager is also responsible for revenue and profit growth, expense control, marketing execution, and associate development, all of which is expected to result in an outstanding customer experience at Retail Sales.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manages a store and oversees at least one additional store
- Travels to stores to conduct unit visit reports, training, assistance, and support
- Hosts weekly calls with the stores to cascade information
- Manages the Profit & Loss of the store they reside in as well as the stores they oversee
- Manages sales and expenses to optimize results
- Collects data and research trends in the markets to determine Marketing Spend
- Maintains staffing levels consistent with business needs to ensure excellent customer service (Includes assisting with recruiting, hiring and training employees)
- Manages and assigns tasks appropriately to ensure the stores are clean, adequately stocked, organized, well kept and priced correctly
- Analyzes daily sales and expense information and performs all other financial analyses to maximize sales and net profits
- Performs supervisory responsibilities, including, but not limited to making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting, and terminating; conducting performance appraisals; and coaching and developing associates
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
