Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, consultants, and project owners.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate orders, and support payment collection.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 0 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or precast industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
