Job Summary
The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, generating prescriptions, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote Advaith Life Sciences products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
* Conduct regular field visits and ensure optimum doctor call coverage.
* Organize CMEs, scientific meetings, product presentations, and awareness activities.
* Execute company marketing strategies effectively.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
* Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence.
* Ensure product availability through coordination with distributors and stockists.
* Maintain accurate daily call reports, expense records, and CRM updates.
* Adhere to company policies, ethical marketing practices, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, or any graduate with relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
* Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales will be an added advantage.
