Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer relationship management activities.
- Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, projects, and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
- Prepare reports and maintain CRM data accurately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication.
- Track leads, sales updates, and customer feedback.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of client handling.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
Qualification:
- Btech Electrical or iti
- Experience: 1–3 years in CRM / customer support / client coordination.
Preferred Candidate:
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
