Marketing & Business Development Manager (Wedding & Events)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the wedding and events sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and business development, with a focus on building relationships and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our wedding and events services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations to close business deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare reports on marketing activities and business development performance.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Prior experience in Weddings, Events, Hospitality, Luxury Brands, or Lifestyle Industry preferred.
- Strong network and relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented professional.
- Existing network within wedding, luxury, hospitality, or corporate sectors will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
