As an Electrical Supervisor at Minsol, you will play a pivotal role in the Electrical Department. You will be responsible for maintenance and supervision of various electrical functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely reporting to the HOD. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make significant contributions to Minsol's mining operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Thorough examination of all apparatus, including the testing of earth conductors and metallic coverings for continuity as obtained as may be necessary to prevent danger
- Examination and testing of all new apparatus, re-erected in the mine before it is put into service in a new position.
- Responsible for maintenance of the mine.
- Maintaining daily records in logbook and results of all tests carried out in accordance with the provision of sub regulation VII as per schedule XI
- Must have experience in Oil/dry Type Transformers, minimum up to 3.3 KV/ 6.6 KV
- Must have sound knowledge/experience in DOL, start delta starter, Electrical Switchgear, Panel Maintenance.
- Possess sound knowledge of relay setting
- Look after all electrical maintenance of open cast and UG and surface equipment and other electrical installations.
Qualifications: ITI(Electrician)/ Diploma Electrical/ B.E or B.Tech Electrical
Desired Experience: 3-10 years
Certification required (Must)
Electrical Supervisor Certificate of Competency covering mining installations: Covering the following categories:
1 & 7A) Underground cables up to 1100 V
7B) Underground Cables exceeding 1100 V and 33000 V
