Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to expand our client base, build strong partnerships, and drive revenue growth for our media production services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brands, and agencies
- Pitch creative media production services (ads, campaigns, content)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for client delivery
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Track market trends and competitor activities

- The salary is red as you work from home, but you will have to go to their office once a week for a client meeting. The first month will be in the form of commission during the probation period, and after that, if you are compliant, you will have a basic salary.
