Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage room reservations and update booking systems.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance departments for guest requests.
- Maintain guest records and ensure accurate billing.
- Handle cash, card transactions, and prepare daily reports.
- Upsell hotel rooms and services to maximize revenue.
- Address guest complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and SOPs.
Pay: ₹8,826.83 - ₹15,282.42 per month
Work Location: In person
