Job Summary
Elite Prime Technologies is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Relationship Manager Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate CRM records, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service. Candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding products, services, and ongoing requirements.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams for timely issue resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Schedule customer meetings, calls, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Sales will be an added advantage.
