About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual communications. This role requires a creative professional who can lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing and communication materials.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Branding
- Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for digital and print media.
- Create brand assets, marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, advertisements, social media creatives, and campaign materials.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual guidelines, and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Digital & Marketing Design
- Design engaging creatives for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertisements.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create impactful visual content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Develop infographics, illustrations, banners, and promotional materials.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and manage multiple design projects from concept to final execution.
- Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to junior designers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, product, and business stakeholders.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
Production & Quality Control
- Ensure all creative outputs meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production.
- Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency, media, startup, or corporate environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, print, and marketing design projects.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects (preferred)
- Figma and Canva (preferred)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for both digital and print mediums.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
