We are seeking an aggressive and result-driven Field Sales Executive specializing in ODC (Over-Dimensional Cargo) and Project Cargo. You will be responsible for mapping out industrial hubs, generating new business leads, and managing client relationships in sectors like manufacturing, infrastructure, and heavy engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and onboard new corporate clients requiring ODC and heavy-lift transportation services.
- Hub Mapping: Conduct regular field visits to industrial zones, manufacturing plants, and infrastructure project sites.
- Lead Generation: Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, field visits, and industry networking.
- Freight Quotation: Coordinate with the operations and pricing teams to provide accurate and competitive ODC freight quotes to clients.
- Client Retention: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and account growth.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, market freight rates, and upcoming infrastructure projects.
- Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets set by the management.
