ICU Doctor (Resident Medical Officer / ICU Medical Officer)
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (Any one of the following):
- MBBS + MD/MS/DNB in Anesthesia
- MBBS + MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine
- MBBS with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on ICU experience in a recognized hospital
Experience
- Postgraduate candidates: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- MBBS candidates: Minimum 4 years of ICU experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage critically ill patients admitted to the ICU.
- Perform clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Monitor ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients.
- Handle emergency procedures and resuscitation protocols.
- Coordinate patient care with consultants and other clinical departments.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding treatment and progress.
Salary
- MBBS + Postgraduate (Anesthesia/Emergency Medicine): ₹1,40,000 per month (Fixed)
- MBBS with 4+ years ICU experience: Salary will be commensurate with experience and hospital norms.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of critical care protocols.
- Experience in ventilator management and emergency procedures.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
