Responsibilities –
- Ability to carry out production and allied activities:
o Carry out production activities, independently, as per guidelines & norms.
o Getting Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) & ECR from Quality Assurance (QA) and producing the products by following operations mentioned in BMR and maintaining on-line documentation
o Reviewing executed BMRs & ECRs and hand over to QA after completion.
o Handing / Taking over the position of batches/equipment from/ to concerned during a shift change
o Following cGMP and safety guidelines/ precautions.
o Ensure documentation as specified / required
o Ensuring that good housekeeping practices are maintained both inside and outside the blocks
o Performance checking of the balance as per schedule
o Check the performance of the balance as per the schedule.
o Plan equipment for preventive maintenance as per schedule and provide job order to engineering department to perform the job.
o Monitor gauges calibration schedule and plan the equipment as per the schedule
o Ability to interact with Auditors, as maybe required
o Guide & train junior team members as maybe required
- Ensure safety at work through enforcement of good manufacturing practices:
o Follow safety & quality systems in the plant.
o Maintenance and usage of equipment/instruments as per SOPs and general housekeeping norms.
- Ensure skill development of self:
o Improve knowledge of production techniques / processes, etc. through one on one discussions with supervisor/ regular classroom trainings/ project trainings/ further educational programs etc.
o Focus on developing behavioral competencies through behavioral training workshops and feedback discussion with manager
