Key Responsibilities
- Teach English Language and Literature to students as per the school curriculum.
- Prepare engaging lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Improve students' grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, and writing skills.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain academic records.
- Create a positive, disciplined, and interactive classroom environment.
- Use smart classroom tools and innovative teaching methods.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff development programs.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English (B.A./M.A. English).
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in spoken English.
- Strong grammar and literature knowledge.
- Confidence in public speaking and classroom presentation.
- Basic computer and smart classroom knowledge.
- Positive attitude and passion for teaching.
