Job Overview
Goalcryst is looking for an experienced Team Lead / Senior Team Lead – Outbound Tele-Collections to lead and manage a team of collection executives.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BPO collections, team management, performance monitoring, customer handling, and target achievement. The role requires a results-oriented leader who can coach the team and drive collection performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of outbound tele-collections executives.
- Monitor individual and team performance against collection targets.
- Provide regular coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members.
- Drive productivity and improve collection and recovery performance.
- Ensure adherence to collection processes, quality standards, and company policies.
- Conduct quality checks and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle escalated customer queries, complaints, and complex collection cases.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly performance reports.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for the team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve process-related challenges.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead / Senior Team Lead in outbound tele-collections or BPO collections.
- Strong knowledge of collection processes and recovery practices.
- Excellent team management and people-handling skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM, collection software, and reporting tools.
- Strong focus on achieving and exceeding collection targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage performance-driven teams.
- Fluent in 2 or more South Indian regional languages.
Salary & Benefits
₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month
Day shift with Sunday fixed weekly off.
