Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on prospective leads.
- Counsel clients on overseas education and immigration services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the process.
- Stay updated on company services, industry trends, and market opportunities.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Kottayam will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
