Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application specifications and user guides. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation purposes. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
