Job Summary
The CCoE (Cloud Center of Excellence) Charter Lead provides strategic leadership, governance, and advisory oversight for cloud transformation programs. The role acts as the executive focal point for stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and alignment between business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of cloud initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Governance Define and drive the vision, strategy, and operating model for the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE). Establish governance frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices for cloud adoption. Ensure alignment of cloud initiatives with business objectives and transformation goals. Executive Stakeholder Management Lead executive governance forums, steering committees, and strategic reviews with client leadership. Develop strong relationships with business executives, technology leaders, and key stakeholders. Facilitate decision-making and ensure timely resolution of strategic issues. Risk & Escalation Management Serve as the primary escalation point for critical program, operational, and transformation risks. Drive mitigation plans and resolution of high-impact issues affecting business outcomes. Monitor program health and provide executive-level risk visibility. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the key liaison between Client, Service Provider, cloud vendors, and third-party partners. Foster collaboration across architecture, security, operations, finance, governance, and business teams. Ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and delivery objectives. Cloud Advisory & Transformation Leadership Provide strategic cloud consulting and business advisory services. Review business requirements, target operating models, and solution approaches. Guide cloud adoption, modernization, migration, optimization, and innovation initiatives. Value Realization & Continuous Improvement Define cloud success metrics, KPIs, and value realization frameworks. Drive cost optimization, operational excellence, security compliance, and governance maturity. Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.

4. Manages budgets, resources, and procurement, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effectiveness.
5. Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
6. Ensures compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards, and maintains high quality standards.
7. Facilitates effective communication and collaboration with other departments, stakeholders, and vendors.
8. Identifies and manages potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
