Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and people-focused HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll coordination, employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance, and performance management to support a growing franchise-based organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify staffing needs and manage end-to-end recruitment
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and coordinate offer letters
Handle new employee orientation and onboarding process
HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, review, and enforce company policies and SOPs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a bridge between management and employees
Address grievances, conflicts, and provide resolution support
Plan employee engagement activities and recognition programs
Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Support goal setting and performance improvement plans
Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs
Arrange internal and external training sessions
Payroll Coordination & Attendance
Coordinate with the accounts team for accurate salary processing
Monitor attendance, leave records, and working hours
Franchise HR Support
Support franchise HR processes, documentation, and manpower audits
Ensure consistency in HR practices across all franchise outlets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
