Job Title: HR & Payroll Executive
Location: Nashik
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain payroll records, including attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
- Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor employee attendance and leave management systems.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare payroll and HR-related reports and support audits.
- Address employee grievances and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate with department heads on attendance, discipline, and employee-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience in payroll processing, attendance management, and recruitment.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR practices.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
