Position Overview:
We are looking for a data-driven Supply Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing Appnext’s global supply inventory (Mainly in Europe, Africa, Turkey, Russia & CIS and Latam regions) —specifically our relationships with mobile publishers and developers. You will ensure that our partners maximize their ad revenue while maintaining a high-quality user experience.
You will act as the bridge between our internal monetization technology and our external partners, utilizing our unique "Timeline" technology to predict user behavior and deliver relevant content .
Key Responsibilities:
- Publisher Development: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with new mobile app developers and publishers to expand Appnext’s supply inventory.
- Monetization Strategy: Advise partners on best practices for ad placement (e.g., Appnext Widget, Interstitials, Rewarded Video) to maximize RPMs without damaging user experience.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze daily performance metrics (CTR, IPM, ARPU) to identify opportunities for yield optimization. Adjust floor prices and traffic shaping settings accordingly.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned supply partners, ensuring smooth technical integration (SDK/API) and providing regular business reviews.
- Inventory Quality: Monitor traffic quality to ensure compliance with Appnext’s policies and brand safety standards, preventing invalid traffic and maintaining high fill rates.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and R&D teams to provide feedback on the Appnext Manager dashboard, helping to streamline tools for programmatic direct sales .
