Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and their application within cloud environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing cloud-based supply planning solutions to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications for application development.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect supply planning applications with other enterprise systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud supply planning applications to maintain system reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
