Job Summary
Sri Murugan Metal, Perundurai is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Billing Executive to handle billing operations, cash/card/UPI transactions, invoice preparation, and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer bills accurately using billing software.
- Handle cash, UPI, card and other payment transactions.
- Verify product details, quantity, price, discount and billing information.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives regarding billing-related queries.
- Handle customer queries professionally at the billing counter.
- Check and maintain daily billing records.
- Support daily cash closing and handover procedures.
- Ensure proper filing of bills and related documents.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team when required.
- Follow company billing procedures and maintain accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
- 12th / Diploma / Any Degree preferred.
- Previous billing, cashier or retail experience will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Knowledge of billing software / POS is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good numerical and calculation skills.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to work in a retail environment.
