As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the voice of our brand. You will bridge the gap between customers looking for tech solutions and our expert pickup team, ensuring a seamless experience from the first "Hello" to the final service.
What You’ll Be Doing
The Voice of Authority: Conduct cold calling and follow up on leads with energy and professionalism. You won’t just read a script; you’ll build rapport and trust.
End-to-End Ownership: You will manage the entire customer journey—answering queries, identifying their needs, and converting interest into scheduled services.
Mission Control: Act as the central hub by scheduling and coordinating pickups for our executive team. You are the one who ensures the right executive is at the right door at the right time.
Strategic Growth: Contribute to our mission of providing top-tier gadget care and responsible e-waste management across the city.
Who You Are
A Master Communicator: You speak clearly, listen actively, and can handle objections with a smile in your voice.
Self-Driven: You enjoy the challenge of cold calling and feel a sense of achievement when you close a lead.
Multitasker: You can manage a CRM or call log while simultaneously coordinating with the field team.
Reliable: You understand that punctuality and consistency are the keys to a successful operations desk.
