Key Responsibilities:
- Manage post-sales customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Act as a single point of contact for customers for all queries and concerns.
- Handle agreement, documentation, and possession-related processes.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain and update customer data and records in CRM systems.
- Ensure timely collections follow-ups and payment tracking.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively.
- Share regular project updates and communication with clients.
- Prepare MIS reports and customer feedback analysis.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.
