Position Overview:
As QC Operator, you will play a crucial role in checking the product according to drawing, colour as per company norms
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of products to ensure that they meet Quality standards and customer specifications.
- Strong attention to detail. Able to read and interpret drawings.
- Check surface finishing, Edge banding quality and colour matching.
- Identify defects such as scratches, misalignment, chipping, improper drilling, or fitting issues.
- Maintain QC checklists and inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company quality standards
- Check all the boring and grooving of the panels physically as per the standard measurements defined.
- Panels boring and Grooving should be checked with respective connecting panels.
- Pre QC of Glass, Lacquer, Stone doors and Sliding doors.
- Elevation of glass, lacquer and Stone doors has to be done as per the dossier, on elevation board.
- Co ordination with Pre Production team to resolve any issues related to cutting list, drawing or programs.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Interior QC : 1 year (Required)
- Quality control interiors: 1 year (Required)
