Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to support real estate sales activities by managing customer enquiries, generating leads, and maintaining effective follow-up communication. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, providing project information, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into site visits and bookings.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Contact prospective and existing customers through calls and explain project details, property features, pricing, location advantages, and available offers.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and understand customer requirements including budget, preferred location, property type, and purchase timeline.
Generate and maintain leads through various sources including websites, social media, advertisements, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Update and maintain accurate customer records, call history, and follow-up details in CRM systems.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and maintain continuous communication to improve lead conversion opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits for interested customers and ensure proper communication with the sales team.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely responses and professional interaction.
Track lead progress and update status such as New Lead, Follow-Up Pending, Interested, Site Visit Fixed, Booking Stage, Closed, or Not Interested.
Assist customers during the enquiry and booking process by providing complete project information and resolving basic queries.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets assigned by management.
Prepare and submit daily reports including calls made, follow-ups completed, site visits arranged, and lead status updates.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and ensure compliance with company communication standards.

Experience:
Freshers or experienced candidates in telecalling, customer support, or real estate sales can apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
