Role Description: We are seeking a motivated and adaptive TeleSales Executive for Advertising Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to new businesses to promote our advertising packages, nurturing leads, and closing sales over the phone. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus). Experience: Typically 1 - 3+ years Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar sales role, preferably in advertising or media. Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages. Skills: Persuasive and results-oriented, with the ability to handle rejection. Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our advertising platforms. Pitching Solutions: Pitch advertising space, sponsorship opportunities, or media packages to potential clients. Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential clients and convert cold leads into active sales. Negotiation: Negotiate ad rates and close deals within established company guidelines. Follow-ups: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer retention. Database Management: Keep detailed records of calls, client information, and sales progress in CRM software. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Salary: 2 – 2.5 Lakhs/ annum + Performance Incentives
