Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and approach potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners for exhibitions and trade shows. Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Understand their objectives and recommend suitable booth sizes, locations, and sponsorship options.
Product Pitching: Present floor plans, booth packages, sponsorship benefits, and marketing opportunities. Conduct site visits and virtual walkthroughs when required.
Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for booth space, sponsorship, and add-on services.
Negotiation & Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals. Ensure timely collection of payments and signed contracts.
Market Research: Track industry trends, competitor shows, and potential client sectors. Share insights to improve packaging and pricing.
Coordination: Liaise with operations, marketing, and design teams to ensure client deliverables like fascia, furniture, and branding are executed smoothly.
Reporting: Maintain updated sales pipeline, CRM entries, and weekly reports on sales activity, forecasts, and competitor intel.
Post-Show Support: Ensure client satisfaction during the event and gather feedback/testimonials for renewals.
