Job Title: E-commerce Order Processing ExecutiveJob Description:
We are hiring an E-commerce Order Processing Executive to handle daily online order operations and ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage orders from e-commerce platforms (Website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Verify order details and update in system/ERP
- Coordinate with warehouse for picking, packing, and dispatch
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Handle cancellations, returns, and replacements
- Maintain accurate order records and stock updates
- Coordinate with logistics partners
Requirements:
- Any degree / Diploma
- 1–2 years experience in e-commerce/order processing preferred (freshers can apply)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP systems)
- Attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Poyampalayam Tirupur
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
