Convert enquiry calls received at the Front Office.
Brief the services offered by the Company to Enquiry clients over the phone and invite them to the office for a face-to-face discussion on services, Terms & Conditions, Rates and Public Holidays List.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records for enquiries, Registered Clients and list of Active patients and communicate any changes to the care team as necessary.
Arrange for skilled visits, Physiotherapy or Speech Therapy sessions and Doctors’ consultations against enquiries and make entries of the visits in Scheduling and Accounting software.
Collect payment for Initial Assessment of patient.
Coordinate with the Quality Team and Operations team for the conduct of Initial Assessment of the patient at home.
Prepare the Client Services Agreement and get it signed by the Client Representative and the Branch Manager and file it in the individual patient file.
Ensure that any issues or concerns that clients may have regarding their home healthcare services are resolved.
Monitor client satisfaction by checking client emails and Google regularly reviews and takes proactive steps to improve the overall client experience.
Work closely with the care team and visit clients to ensure that clients receive high-quality care that meets their individual needs.
Provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
On Care Closure, ensure all dues are cleared and update the same in the Care closure form and intimate the Operations team to make corresponding entries in the scheduling software.

Graduate in any discipline
