ob Purpose:
To manage the overall day-to-day operations of the cafe and ensure excellent customer service, quality food & beverages, team management, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Customer Service
- Oversee daily cafe operations and opening/closing procedures
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Handle customer complaints and ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Monitor quality of food, juice, tea, burger and service [Branch]
2. Team Management
- Manage cafe staff: Chef, Juice Maker, Tea Maker, Burger Maker, Delivery Staff
- Create staff rosters, schedules and manage attendance
- Train staff on menu, hygiene, billing and customer handling
- Conduct daily briefing and motivate the team
3. Sales & Inventory
- Monitor daily sales, billing and cash handling
- Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and supplies
- Coordinate with bakery team for stock and reduce wastage
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
4. Admin & Reporting
- Maintain records of sales, expenses, and wastage
- Coordinate with Head Office for promotions and offers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and FSSAI guidelines
- Report daily to Head Manager
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years as Cafe Supervisor/Manager preferred
- Education: Any degree/diploma in Hotel Management is a plus
- Skills: Leadership, Billing, Customer Service, Inventory Management
- Other: Basic computer knowledge, Good communication in Malayalam & English
- Timings: Flexible to work in shifts
