The Admission Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing the student admissions process to achieve enrollment targets. This role involves developing admission strategies, engaging with prospective parents, overseeing admission operations, and ensuring a seamless and positive admission experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement effective admission strategies to meet student enrollment targets
- Manage the end-to-end admission process from inquiry to enrollment
- Handle parent interactions, counseling, and school presentations
- Oversee admission inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, website leads) and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain and update the admissions database and student records
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding
- Organize admission events, school tours, and orientation programs
- Develop marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team
- Track and analyze admission data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements
- Train and guide admission counselors or front office staff
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar Admission Manager role (preferably in a school or educational institution)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet admission/enrollment targets
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admission management systems
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Customer-focused approach with a professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Management / Education (MBA preferred)
- Experience in reputed schools or international curriculum institutions
- Exposure to digital marketing and lead generation strategies
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
