We are looking for a Compliance & Taxation Lead to ensure statutory compliance, financial governance, and audit readiness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end GST, TDS, and statutory tax compliances.
- Review and finalize books of accounts on a monthly and annual basis.
- Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Maintain the compliance calendar and ensure timely filings.
- Handle GST, Income Tax, and other statutory notices.
- Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial records.
- Support banking documentation, working capital, and loan proposals.
- Ensure payroll, PF, ESI, ROC, and other regulatory compliances.
- Identify compliance risks and implement preventive controls.
Requirements
- CA/CA Inter/M.Com/MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 3–8 years of experience in taxation, compliance, and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, ESI, and statutory regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Experience in audits, financial finalization, and handling tax notices.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
