Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Intern to assist with field marketing activities and support day-to-day operational tasks. The intern will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to promote company services, coordinate campaigns, and gather market insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in executing field marketing and promotional activities.
* Visit client locations, colleges, events, and partner organizations as required.
* Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
* Coordinate with prospective clients and maintain records of interactions.
* Collect market feedback and competitor information.
* Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
* Prepare and maintain reports on field activities and leads generated.
* Support operational and administrative tasks related to marketing initiatives.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Requirements
* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
* Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and customer engagement.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
* Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
