We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Travel Consultant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
- Design, quote, and manage domestic and international tour packages.
- Assist clients with travel planning, itinerary preparation, hotel bookings, visa requirements, and related travel services.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and travel partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle ticket amendments, cancellations, refunds, and reissuance processes.
- Achieve sales targets through effective customer relationship management.
- Maintain accurate booking records and travel documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international flight ticketing.
- Experience in handling FIT, group tours, and holiday packages.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Strong sales orientation and customer relationship management skills.
Language Requirement:
- Gujarati – Mandatory
- Hindi – Mandatory
- English – Mandatory
Preferred Profile:
- Candidates having their own customer portfolio, corporate clients, B2B agents, or repeat customer base will be given preference.
- Existing network within the travel industry and ability to generate business will be considered a strong advantage.
