Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain tour packages, travel itineraries, offers, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Follow up with customer inquiries generated through social media, advertisements, and referrals.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding bookings and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.
- Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
- Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

- Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Good listening skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 12:15 PM to 8:30 PM
