Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Train, motivate, and monitor sales executives.
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales activities.
Location : Ashok Nagar, Porur & Tambaram
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
