Job Summary
Infinity Design is seeking a dynamic and professional Project Manager to oversee project coordination and ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, site teams, and management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to confidently represent the Director and the organization in professional interactions.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and manage ongoing interior design and execution projects.
· Act as a liaison between the Director, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
· Schedule meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and ensure timely follow-ups.
· Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
· Coordinate with design teams, site teams, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
· Handle client communications and maintain strong professional relationships.
· Track project deliverables and prepare status reports.
· Assist in resolving project-related issues and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
· Maintain project documentation and records.
· Support management in project planning, execution, and coordination activities.
Candidate Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Client Coordination, or a similar role.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Presentable, well-groomed, and professional personality.
· Ability to confidently interact with clients, vendors, and senior management.
· Ability to represent the Director and the organization in a professional manner.
· Strong interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
· Professional attitude with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Profile
We are seeking a presentable and professional candidate with excellent English communication skills who can confidently represent the Director and the organization while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
