Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified MEP Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Protection, and ELV works at project sites. The candidate will ensure high-quality execution, adherence to project specifications and safety standards, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day MEP site activities.
- Review drawings and ensure work is executed as per approved plans.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor installation of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and ELV systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify material quality and quantities at site.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide site support.
- Prepare measurements, BOQs, billing, and as-built drawings.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with all stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, FPS, and ELV systems.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with IS, NBC, IEC, ASHRAE, NFPA, and local authority standards.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Revit knowledge is an added advantage).
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in MEP site execution for commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Preferred
- Experience in high-rise buildings, hospitals, airports, data centers, or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of testing & commissioning, QA/QC, and project documentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
