About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager & Office Manager to lead HR and administrative operations across our India offices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong workplace cultures, supporting employees through every stage of their journey, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
You'll work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and employees to create a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Lead end-to-end hiring including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Build relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and campus hiring partners.
Employee Onboarding
Create a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires. Ensure timely documentation, background verification, and induction activities.
Performance Management
Support goal setting, performance reviews, feedback conversations, and development planning. Help managers align individual performance with business objectives.
Payroll & Benefits
Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, reimbursements, and variable pay. Support administration of employee benefits and statutory requirements.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Drive engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communication initiatives. Act as a trusted HR partner for employee queries, feedback, and workplace concerns.
Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labor laws and HR policies. Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Support audits, statutory filings, and workplace compliance activities.
Learning & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate technical, behavioral, and compliance training programs.
Office Administration
Oversee facility management, vendor coordination, office supplies, asset management, and workplace services. Support meetings, events, and visitor management activities.
What We're Looking For
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience
7–12 years of progressive HR experience.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management.
Prior experience in a senior HR or HR business partner role is a plus.
Skills
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in HRMS platforms, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
