Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, training & development, and employee relations across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the complete recruitment and onboarding process.
* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Manage employee lifecycle, including confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits.
* Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
* Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labor laws.
* Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
* Handle employee grievances and promote a positive workplace culture.
* Organise employee engagement and learning & development programs.
* Maintain HR documentation, reports, and employee records.
* Collaborate with department heads to support workforce planning and organisational growth.
* Monitor HR metrics and provide management with regular reports and insights.
Required Qualifications
* MBA/PGD in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance.
* Experience in handling end-to-end HR functions independently.
* Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software and other HR Softwares
* Experience in the Education, Training sector will be an added advantage.
