Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer – Stator Division to manage and improve manufacturing processes related to stator production, with a focus on quality, productivity, process capability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, establish and improve manufacturing processes for stator production.
- Analyze production problems and implement root-cause-based corrective actions.
- Improve productivity, quality, cycle time and process efficiency.
- Support production teams in resolving process-related issues.
- Prepare and update SOPs, work instructions and process documentation.
- Support new product development and process validation activities.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and R&D/Engineering teams.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure process capability.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / production / process engineering.
- Experience in stator manufacturing or related electrical/mechanical component manufacturing will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, 7 QC tools, etc. will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
