We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Architect with a strong foundation in architectural design and a keen eye for interiors. In this role, you will work closely with Senior & Junior Architects and Designers to develop architectural plans, build 3D models, create stunning visualisations, and ensure projects are thoroughly organised. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and technical proficiency in our core software stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting & Modelling: Develop detailed 2D architectural and interior floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
- 3D Visualization: Create accurate and highly detailed 3D models using SketchUp and produce high-quality, realistic project renders using Enscape/ D5 Render/ Lumion
- Interior Design Support: Assist in interior space planning, material selection, furniture layouts, and detailing for various architectural projects.
- Project Documentation: Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQs), material schedules, project timelines, and budget tracking.
- Team Coordination: Actively collaborate with senior architects, interior designers, and external consultants to ensure design goals and project deadlines are met.
- Communication: Clearly articulate design ideas and project updates to internal teams and assist in preparing presentations for client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Only B.Arch / B.Des graduates
- Technical Proficiency: Proven, hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape/ D5 Render/ Lumion
- Data Management: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizing project data and schedules.
- Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of interior design principles, spatial arrangements, and finishing materials.
- Soft Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional team coordination and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience: 3-7 years of professional experience in an architectural or interior design setting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
