About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of our premium villa project in Bareilly. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in residential villa construction, project planning, quality management, contractor coordination, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete execution of the villa project from planning to handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and statutory compliance.
- Control project costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and submit MIS/progress reports to management.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials.
- Deliver the project within approved timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of villa/residential construction and finishing works.
- Expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing, infrastructure, and MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on schedule.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of experience in residential real estate projects, with experience in villa developments preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality control, and project management practices.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client, consultant, and contractor relationships.
