Role Overview:As a 3D Visualizer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our design concepts to life. Your expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization will be crucial in communicating design ideas to clients and ensuring our projects achieve the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create high-quality 3D visuals, renderings, and walkthroughs for interior design projects.
· Develop detailed 3D models based on design concepts, sketches, and CAD drawings.
· Collaborate closely with interior designers to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with design aesthetics.
· Produce photorealistic renders showcasing materials, textures, lighting, and finishes.
· Iterate on visuals based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
· Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in 3D visualization.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in an interior design or architectural firm.
· Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or Blender.
· Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
· Familiarity with AutoCAD or other CAD software for importing and exporting designs.
· Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and materials in 3D visualization.
· Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
· Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into visually compelling 3D models.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· A portfolio showcasing previous 3D visualization projects is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with animation or virtual reality (VR) tools is a plus.
· Knowledge of interior design principles and industry standards.
