Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a degree/diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Retail, or Operations will be preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in cinema, hospitality, retail, QSR, multiplex, or other customer-facing service industries.
- Experience in managing teams and shift-based operations.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer escalations and operational emergencies.
- Strong commercial orientation with an understanding of sales and operational KPIs.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic operational reporting.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
