Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, excellent technical skills, and a passion for architecture and project execution. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects from concept development through construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural drawings, plans, and design documentation.
- Prepare presentations, design concepts, and visualizations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Assist in site visits, project coordination, and execution.
- Support facade, form, and spatial design development.
- Ensure design quality and project standards are maintained.
- Manage project documentation and drawing updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in architecture or design-build projects.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and materials.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion / Enscape
- Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
