Profile Overview
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Team Leader who can manage SEO strategies, guide team members, and ensure strong organic growth for multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Keyword Research, and SEO performance analysis, along with good team-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SEO team and allocate tasks effectively.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Handle and monitor On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Plan and execute link-building and backlink strategies.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall SEO performance.
- Analyze SEO reports using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.
- Identify SEO issues and implement effective solutions.
- Review team members' work and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and communicate project progress.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and current SEO trends.
- Coordinate with content, development, and other marketing teams when required.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO.
- Good knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools.
- Understanding of Google Search Console & Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of link building and backlink analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in leading or mentoring SEO team members will be preferred.
