Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager, CRM Enterprise Application, this role will be a member of the global CX implementation project team to work with the implementation partner, business users and IT to gather requirements, analyze, design and implement technology best practice. This role will also ensure the smooth running of critical business processes after project implementation
Responsibilities:
Perform the combined role of Implementation/Technical and Functional Consultant- Participate in planning and implementation sessions, translating business needs into technological capabilities
- Contribute to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test teams
- Create functional/Technical Designs, and work with QA team for development of test Scenarios
- Oversee and conduct system integration and user acceptance tests
- Develop training materials, conduct user training and educate end-users on CRM functions
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent- At least 5 years of hands-on implementation experience in one or more of the following Oracle Cloud CX Products as a developer, customer, consultant or partner:
o Engagement Cloud
o Service Cloud
o CPQ Cloud
Experience with enterprise architectures, integration models and technologies- Able to perform business requirement gathering and analysis, creating functional designs, configuration best practices
- Able to articulate Oracle Cloud CX best practices
- Able to drive workshops for gathering requirements
- Able to support workstreams through Agile project delivery
- Able to support functional-industry level discussions
- Able to provide necessary support in the data extraction and migration activities for the business users and the implementation consultants
- Self-motivated with excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable with can-do attitude towards changing priorities and ability to follow through tasks with tight timelines
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong team player working in agile environments
